Operations Business Analyst II, Insight, Addison, IL (2010-present). Implement new SAP applications including Fieldglass, Fiori Mobile Apps and Multi-Resource Scheduling.  Implement SAP modules for Services in the Asia Pacific region.  Identify system and process changes to improve efficiencies.  Evaluate change requests for Return on Investment and make recommendations on prioritization.  Set expectations with business leaders and users around delivery of requested changes.  Gather business requirements for new system tools and upgrades to existing tools.  Validate that IT design meets business requirements.  Work across departments to understand upstream and downstream impacts of all proposed changes.  Develop test plans and test new system functionality.  Create end user documentation and training plans for new functionality.  Act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide tier two support to 300 users for Fieldglass, Fiori Mobile Apps, Time Entry and Purchasing.
